This heart that is inside of me,
Belongs to you and all you see.
Though it beats within my rib cage,
I only hold one minute page.
In this heart of mine.

That I can carry so much love,
Is a gift from the sky above.
And though you'll find yourself in there,
You'd be surprised at the space spare.
In this heart of mine.

But even though my love is true,
The pain amounts to so much too.
That is the drawback of love you see,
Because this love will devastate me.
In this heart of mine.
