This my happy world
This world
Frowns on failure
Laughs at defeat
Embraces success
Cheers excess
This world
Walks with winners
Digs graves for losers
Crowns the strong
The weak do not belong
This world
Serenades lovers with song
Chides the lovelorn
The meek are called sick
Shuts out those who seek
This world
Is closed for the tortured
Open for those who pillage
Kicks the unwell in the teeth
Letting them roll in their filth
This world
Hails theft as class
Builds temples with grass
These not built to last
In time end into earth's crust
This world
Is not meant for me
It was never meant to be
O how far I long to be
From its ugly pain and deceit..
