Thoughts From The 100-Acre Woods Poem by Robert Longley

Thoughts From The 100-Acre Woods

Greetings from a traveler
You met along the way
Though time stands still this moment
I watch you every day

It’s like a one-way mirror
Though which side are we on?
There is no clear dividing line
Of what is and what is gone

You might not appreciate the difference
You just know that I’m not there
I’m off exploring the forest
Where honey is in the air

It is a wondrous journey
With many furry friends
Where I can bounce forever
And love that never ends
