Tiller-Baby Savior-R.I.P. Poem by Ramona Thompson

Tiller-Baby Savior-R.I.P.

What a pity
What a shame
Such a wonderful and caring man
Gone far, far too soon
Not a murderer
The man was a god and a savior among man
Saved so many kids from having to grow up unwanted
Abandoned in some godforsaken dark place
How you could not shed at least one tear at his passing is beyond me

Caring, loving, and always so very generous
Sometimes even to a fault
He always reached out to help when and where he could
Makes me sick
How so many of you out there seem determined to dirty up his good memory
Without him
Just think how much more overcrowed and unhappy so many women's lives would be
By all those crying, screaming, unloved little ones

He was a hero
A true paragon of virtue
In every sense of the word
He could never and never did any wrong
Led the life of an angel
So holy and serene
Not perfect by any means
But as close to it as any of us mere mortals can get

Not many men would have been so brave or bold in their lives
So every day I'll be prayin'
As will countless other women whose lives he saved
That his soul finds the eternal heavenly peace it so deserves
I might even go so far as to volunteer at that clinic where he did his best work
To help carry forth that oh so important mission
The mission of a saint-saving countless little ones from lives of tragic, painful realities
