Time
Deep within our hearts and minds
There lies a special place
That gives us comfort, strength and hope
Through times that we must face
This special gift remains with us
As long as we are grieving
And nurtures and embraces those
Whose faith keeps them believing
Some days the clouds consume the sun
But hope beneath our wings
Stays near to us, our closest friend
Through every day life brings
Then slowly, ever gently
Streams of comfort soothe our pain
Filling us with memories
And drying up the rain
And on the day the sun comes out
And our emotions climb
Silently and calmly we've been healed
Through hours of TIME
