Today Is The Day Poem by MAD DEW

The greatest struggles are overcome by the greatest desires
And the hardest steel is forged from the hottest fires
So I am gonna use the Hell fire burning in my veins
To overcome all of my greatest weaknesses and pains
Today all of my inter demons are at my command
And they are gonna do exactly as I demand
Today I am gonna use my aggression
To break the bonds of my depression
All my thoughts of suicide
Will be forced to subside
I refuse to drown in self pity any longer
Today I am gonna grow so much stronger
I am gonna get a grip on my life like a vice
Because my current situation just doesn't suffice
It is about damn time I get rewired
Because I am so tired of being tired
Things are about to go my way
And I am gonna jump on it today
I have put this off for over two years
And I have shed way too many tears
But today I am gonna rise above it
And I am gonna completely love it
