Treasure Poem by Angelina Chew

Treasure

If there were a need to name the memories we had together
It would be named treasure

Each and every memory we had together is very precious
For memories are the only things that don't change

You changed.
Smiling and laughing
You left me alone
While tears streamed down my face unwillingly

Breaking a heart may seem trivial to you
Yet
You didn't know you took away my last breath of love

Now
Even though years passed
Time is still unable to heal my wound
