Twas a week and a half before Christmas,
And all through the house,
Republicans and Democrats were speaking
Before the Speaker of the House
(and the entire World!)

Gavel! Gavel!
To our amazement, our eyes could not believe,
2Articles of Impeachment
Were passed by Christmas Eve
(In front of the entire World!)

Trump Impeachment is forever!
Brought tears to my eyes
Seth Meyers and Chuck Todd
Steven Colbert...you were All right! ! !

The thing that touched me most
Was an interview I'd seen
With Robert Deniro, (before his latest movie release)
Talking about Trump...ism
Like a form of PTSD...in families
With trauma and drama, and people like me.

I'd drop to my knees, to tell you the stress,
Of having a depressing, low hope..deep sadness,
Due to the current president.. couldn't cope.
When Deniro spoke out, so eloquently,
He voiced my same feelings of grief
(Like he was speaking directly to me)

That night I realized
I wasn't the only one
That had internalzed my feelings
Half the battle was won!
Now I have hope, Trump is Impeached!
America The BEAUTIFUL
Trump is Impeached!
There "Is"
Truth, Justice and Liberty!
