Trust Poem by Elena Tsonkova

Trust

Trust your love in my hands.
like a little sandy pebble-stone.
But then what?
What shall I do with it?

Shall I treasure it, keep it,
Share it, love it,
Collect it,
Neglect it?

Shall I put it in a jar
on a shelf?
In an old dusty suitcase?
On my wall?

Shall I bury it with me?
Trust your love in my hands
and we'll see.
