Understanding The Universe? Poem by Sandra Feldman

Understanding The Universe?

The Universe,
Seeded with Mystery
As if flows,
Our minuscule minds know
Something's there,
But what exactly,
Why and where,
What is it made of?
Why is it there?
It scares!

So off we go to
Unknown land,
Non comprehension,
Grains of sand.

What can't be measured
We don't comprehend,
Love is that way,
With no beginning
And no end.

So is the Universe just love
Of mysteries and floating doves?
I really doubt it very much,
If we as part, are to be judged
We've never known how to become
Part of, that Universal love,
Where harmony and peace
Are found,
That of Nirvana,
Have the sound.

No, no, not we
We haven't even got an inch
Of Universal harmony,
Sometimes that really makes me think,
Where are we from?
What do we think
What is our true reality?
For we are complex from the start
So "Universally" apart
Each Person, a world
Each Universe.....?
But is there another one! ?
