Undeserved Comeuppance! Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

Undeserved Comeuppance!

O my dear, for flimsy grounds, your face boils
and when storms rattle, you slip the battle.
When love grows to bloom, your father embroils.
To stop me fleeing, my might, you prattle.

To destabilise my conjugal life
You shoot at my eyes with your mind-blowing glance,
and in life brief, makes me tell lies to my wife;
for the ship to sail smooth, you give no chance.

An undeserved Comeuppance men enjoy
to be in love and at times get their throats slit;
but a quiet squeezing of neck, you get the choice;
yet your tears, from this combat, stop me to quit.

The Eves lure Adams to do crimes in social media
but Romeos are put to death on tail tracks by the mafia!
