Unexpected Expectations Poem by Marcus McKinley

Unexpected Expectations

I am not extraordinary
I will not do anything that is revolutionary
Any thoughts of success are imaginary
I am as common as commentary
When I speak you do not hear me
Disregarded hypothecary
Blacked out stationary
Dusty shelves in libraries
Ancient scriptures never farid
