Unfaithful Hate Poem by Anthony Philpot

Unfaithful Hate

Once upon a time
When there was no crime

A family grew great
Until an unfaithful hate

One person was bad
While the others were sad

Making life a struggle
Made time a straggle

The pain was shared
And it was not fair

But even if the bad has stayed
This life will not turn frayed

But this was all once upon a time
When there was a fine

This person looked at life like a baby
An infant lullaby

I give the rest to you
For you to construe

Say what of it you will
But this life is not ill

A smile crosses this face
With a graceful mace

Puts the pain away
To go on for one more day

But this is not a once upon a time
But yet the current life of mine
