Unheard Poem by Lynne Crandall

Unheard

Rating: 5.0

The streaming droplets of water
Are a reflection of my soul,
Carving canyons of sorrow as
They drip down the window.
The rumble of thunder
Is actually a suppressed shudder
I keep locked inside
Because if I let it go,
Someone might actually notice.

You must have a lot on your mind, if you have canyons of sorrow in your soul and pent up thunderous emotions

'The rumble of thunder Is actually a suppressed shudder' are powerful lines written with onomatopoeic skill.
