Unsung Names Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Unsung Names

Unsung names

Pray god
To share load
Of human beings
To be made well being and bring happiness

Only few can make big names
And claim
Position among simple one
And share their pain

Saints have made place
And so social workers have joined race
Writers and poets have established lead
Their poems and names are well read

Anna Hazare* and Professor Abdul Kalam Azad*
Still may be more unsung names to add
They are on tips of human tongue
They are remembered and well sung

Go in simple way
And never away
From soil
That shall give chance to avail

Anna Hazare: - social activist
Abdul kalam Azad: - Former president of India
