Until We Meet Again Poem by Bianca Walker

Until We Meet Again

Rating: 5.0

Cellos and Violins
We dance slowly
To Bach and Chopin
Effortlessly
Carefree
There lives a symphony inside you and me.

A masterpiece...

We embrace in the warmth of security
Comforted, inside of an empty room;
Filled to capacity with our dreams and desires.

Where all things are never quite what they seem
Imagining what life could be...

If only you'd stay here and dance with me.
Eternally.

Love is our audience.
She hums our song.
She invites us to sing along.

Perhaps we're shy,
But we do know the words
Afraid to say what's never been heard...

We
Us
Children
Young
Ignorant

Afraid to acknowledge our gift,
Yet wise enough to hold on to it,
Although on occasion we've stumbled and let go of it

Only to find those words again,
In this song it was written...

Those three words that cause a fury to stir
Those three words that die to be birthed
Those three words higher than the heavens
Deeper than the Earth.

Possibly worth more than what our lives are worth

Dance with me around them...
Blissfully
Rythmically
Carefree

Is love more powerful than the depth of words?

Dare we say what's never been heard?
'I need you'

Whispers the wind

Blessed and Damned for what we've been given....
'I need you'

Far more powerful than
'I love you'

'I need you'
Far more vulnerable
Than I love you

To love is natural.
To need is to weaken.
As we dance in twilight we strengthen.
We meet here often.
Some where between equality and division.
Some where between dominance and submission.
Some where between denial and admitting.

Dancing
Continuously
Blissfully
As softly as butterflies flutter,
Afraid to say

Love watches us and hums our song as we carry on
The four of us together
We
Need
&
Love
Will not survive with out one another.

Two lines caught my attention among the ease and rhythm of the poem: 'To love is natural. To need is to weaken. ' So true!
