Valentine's Day…
You asked me the other day
What is so special about Valentine's Day?
"We should celebrate our love every day"
Love should be shown every day
But today is the day St. Valentine
Shows us the way.
His sacrifice is what leads me to say
That on this very special day
We should always go out of our way
To show how we feel, in any simple way
Love is never easy
No matter what your friends say
If you want to persevere
You have to work at it every day
Even if we fight every day
My feelings for you could never go away.
I love you so deeply, I love you so much, I love the sound of your voiceAnd your gentle touch.I love your warm smileAnd your kind, thoughtful way, The joy that you bringTo my life each day.
I love you todayAs I have from the start, And I'll love you foreverWith all of my heart…
