Virtual Insanity Poem by Talal Athar

Virtual Insanity

river of tears floated my fears
to an unknown place where no one could hear
zero worth shouting for, so many eyes were there
sailed in screaming
i wrapped my feeling

belonging to this Earth was my biggest doubt
lost my way by seeing the sun
sisters and nuns made my religion a fun
i looked at my leaders dreaming a gun
found a way by scissoring my tongue

it was 1 hour past 24 o clock
midnight purple blue sky was in a shock
my birthday arrived at the 32nd day
home for so many folks living in a fake bay

''God is one'' were the first words i learned to hum
a rhythmic rhyme making so many lives crucified
assassinating addresses of joy now make us terrified
long live the king we get amuse by a dropp of phenolphthalein

classmates realized me, what a joker believes
all the story is drenched behind the scenes
a sip of feeble faith
mixed in the layers of fame en shame

Now, done with the facts
time for the aftermath
pulling off my mask
targeting a new task
sending a a letter through fax
filled with words viscous then wax
attached with a black rose
cause its has its thorn
like an unknown praying to get known
rage stepping a new zone
of sheer utter brutleness
the 1 is i was born for their satisfaction
2 is I was raised with betray
number 3 is my learning of burning fire through ice
the 4 is my dream to go beyond eternity to infinity
greeted with certainty of fanatic monopoly
also known as my virtual insanity
pumped in me since the loss of my virginity via life
deeper then the deepest cut of your best knife
documented in the ever closed file
a folk count from 1 to 4
beating in the history of my heart's core
an endless hopeless syndrome
bitter then your story for sure
reaching out of my control
rock with no roll
definition written of living dead
lesson learned the hardest way...

You write English well. I don't know if this is supposed to have like a 'rap' beat feel to it or not, but it has a freshness and vitality. You could ease up on the rhyming some (but who am I to say that to anybody, hehe)
