Watching Falling Leaves. Poem by Konstantin Ananin

Watching Falling Leaves.

- It’s autumn; Americans call it ‘fall’,
Leaves slowly fall having a ball.
- They fell last week, didn’t they?
- Yes, it began last Wednesday.
But you can still see some leaves
That haven’t yet fallen off trees.
They're struggling, but in vain:
The wind’s gonna hit them again…
- But at least they have a great chance
Of enjoying their last dance!
