Welcome To Your New Home

Welcome to your New Home,
We hope you’ll be happy here,
Happy as we have been,
Whilst living here this past ten year.

We were sorry to vacate
Our house in Perse Way,
But now we’re moving home,
To a bungalow quite near.

The neighbours are quite friendly,
At least, those I got to know,
But friendships take time to develop,
And you’ve got to take it slow.

The Constables live opposite,
Good neighbours they were to us,
Always willing to offer help,
Without making any fuss.

Welcome to your New Home,
If there’s a question you wish to ask,
Don’t be shy ~ just call our number,
We’ll be happy to assist your task.
