What Bridges Would Make If… Poem by Mark Heathcote

What Bridges Would Make If…

What bridges would build if you could cable light
What ravines, rivers, and valleys would you cross?
If you could cable a little wholesome holy-light
Build a bridge across ghostly chasms of the night.
Would you change your path your life's direction?
See every footstep as a straightening expectation.
Would you steer away from poor folks in the road?
People like your old self, are they all embargoed.
