I used to be a good man
But I failed, disappointed and I’m being alone
I used to do the best I could
But now I'm bored and tired and I being alone
I live between people I think they are not
They let me down and make me nuts
No one care about me
No one know the reality
So I change my rules
Believe in lie and lie the truth
I let my ship sail with the wind
To be like those people until the end
They have no rules
They have no truth
The Truth is in the eye of the beholder.Live as if every second of your life is important. For every bad thing there is something good.Nothing is hopeless. And I know what loneliness is you just have to find yourself.Peace...
...'Believe in lie and lie the truth'... good line...poetic enigmatic...good piece...thanks for sharing, Yasser...10
Yasser well done, to strip the deciet of the many, but I don't recommend joining them, rather your poem is the protest 10
you have no illusions and truly life is often diappointing, have faith things will improve, well done cheers Shimon
I love the last lines- 'They have no rules They have no truth' Very nice.10+
I liked the wonderment in this poem it was full of truth experssions about the life we live in.. lie is an easy word nowadays... and I think loneliness is better than the friends that they are hard to be found.. in my opinion it's a very good poem.. but still we have to remember life goes on as it never ends.. so why don't we forget our pain and keep going on....! ! ! !
