Those who back bite.
And speak negatively to or about,
A business associate, family member.
Neighbor and/or 'friend',
Can not expect to receive hugs and kisses.
Unless this approach,
Although unique and uncommon...
In some places may be how folks,
Express their joy and happiness.

And in other places,
Where those have a taste...
For homemade delicious cake.
Have learned how to bring,
All needed ingredients together.
With it known from being taught,
Whipping up the batter takes a part of it.
Then placing the batter in a pan.

Now...
The next very important thing,
One needs in making a cake homemade...
Is,
And this may come to shock a lot of people.
But...
A cake to make needs to be baked,
In an heated oven.
Yes.
Kid you not.

Each step to take in baking a cake,
Most will appreciate and enjoy.
Is similar to how,
Great communication is created.
Whatever is communicated is returned.

Good investments return better dividends.

Whatever one communicates,
To whip up with intentions to heat it...
Should expect to get a taste.
And should not require,
The placing of blame to claim it...
Anywhere else.
Regardless how common and accepted,
In 'some' places this activity may be.
