When you have a pain that you just
can’t bare,
When your feelings are hurt there’s
no one there,
When your soul feels taken and you
feel empty inside,
That’s when doves cry.

When everything seems to go wrong,
When life have you down and you
don’t want to go on,
When it seems like everyone you
love say’s goodbye,
That’s when doves cry.

When love is lost and love is gone,
When the pain of a love one that
passes on,
When you no longer can deny,
That’s When Doves Cry.
