When hope is gone

today
when the sky is blue
when the sun doesn’t shines
and the rain starts to fall...

today
when all lights are off
when there’s no thunder
to cover and hide the noise...

tomorrow
no rainbow in the sky
the nimbus is ready
the atmosphere is heavy....

these signs
are secret languages of hopeless people
the idioms of losers
whom I include myself as one.....

When hope is gone, does not means that everything is lost.
Hope is the last thing ever lost. Hope is our part of life too.
Your poem is very beautiful. Well penned
    But its sad.
    Thanks (Report) Reply

Beautifully written..Yet sad in reading...Hope is never gone as most here have said my friend....When you awake each morning thats a new hope rising...when you sit back and drink a sweet glass of tea..and see the birds singing in the trees...there is hope...when you call it a day and turn off the lights to sleep...there is hope....but mainly when you cup your hands togther and pray for god's love....there is not only hope...but grace...... ~^..^ (Report) Reply

    When hope is gone!
Hope is never gone in life
once a heart beats there is a chance
    Cause in Divine's hand nothing
Is Impossible....A little rabbit eats a monster
    Nothing is impossible.......Hope is everywhere...
Never dead once there's life (Report) Reply

this is so sad to read a poem from a friend...if this is so sincere? ..it seems all the friends were abandoned....and its like we live in this world as nothing...
this is a provoking poem...and Cathy is right...I agree what she wrote as an advise to open up the eyes and heart and mind and think twice or ten times.... (Report) Reply

    why lose hope
when friends are there to give comfort?
    why lose hope
when family is there to give support?

    beyond all these
there is God to give you light
a lift to help you cross
    the lake of strife
    a hand to help you
to carry the loads of life

    Then why lose hope
when we are all here by your side
    Just don't look too far
    never find someone beyond
the shoulder who is willing to share
    to your forlorn heart...........

nice poem shared here dear! ! ! Thanks............ (Report) Reply

The time you won your town the race
We chaired you through the market-place;
Man and boy stood cheering by,
And home we brought you shoulder-high.
