When Roses Speak Poem by Sandra Feldman

When Roses Speak

Rating: 5.0

And what is True Love?
Asked the Rose to it's Thorn,
'True Love are We',
Replied, the Thorn,
'Red Blood mingled with Perfume'.

In five lines, you have condensed the dichotomy of love.... Love is perfume mixed with pain. Where there is love, there is beauty, excitement, joy and pain! Great write, Sandra!
