Where The Grass Is Always Greener Poem by Mark Heathcote

Where The Grass Is Always Greener

Rating: 5.0

The grass isn't always greener on the other side,
on the other side of the fence.
But I am sure it is in death,
and wherever it is, my daughter rests
where my daughter resides; let my tears
bless her roses that delight her eyes
and let-perfumes filter rise
through those grass blades with the fragrances
of long but not forgotten cut embraces.
On the other side on the other side of the fence
where the grass is always greener
let flowers never wilt or find a disappointing closure.

On the other side of the fence, we may not look at ever that the grass is greener or not. An affectionate father expresses his emotion and tears near the memorable memory of his daughter. Where daughter resides there roses bloom. Here roses sprinkle perfume ad memories embrace the greener grass. Let flowers never wilt near the daughter's residence. A father's hope has become like greener grass. This poem makes us emotional.
