Nervous and angry
the devil's desire
I hope for the best
then slide under the wire
it doesn't seem right
this going in blind
not knowing where I am or what I might find
I toast to confusion
I toast to no map
I toast to not knowing which way is back
I'm not sure which road
which star
which sun
will lead me back to where I had begun
No time to turn back
the clock doesn't lie
at leat not in this foul lit sky
few minutes to think
few seconds to spare
before I 'll be off
to going nowhere
I wish I had waited
but now it's too late
this isn't what I want
but maybe its fate
