Whisper Of An Achy Heart
Your love could ease my pain,
Heal my wound.
But alas!
You didn't think me good enough.
You denied me love o dear
You denied me love.
I am aching inside, twisting inside.
I am broken in heart, broken in soul.
Yet my humaneness?
That is not broken.
And it would never be broken.
Let your rejection make me
A better human, a better lover.
Let your rejection make me
love you more, understand you more.
Those who are fortunate-
Love makes them better.
But for me
Your hatred would make me better.

One can really feel your pain. Your poem opens door to feelings that are sincere and very well written, which is not always the case. Sorry about you pain, but part of it was soothed by writing and conveying it so marvelously..
