i wish on the evening star
that star is what i wish upon
who knew if you wish
that wish may come true
now i wish
i wish upon
that is the one and only star
that i will wish upon
that is the one star and will be the one star

Poet's Notes about The Poem

well the thing that in spired me to write this poem is because i have always had the gift in me. I was born to be a poet not only a poet but a writer as well. i have walked in the steps of my brother and sister and it is now passed down to me and i have to say i love it and i will always love this gift.
