Without Its Warmth The Body Is Cold Poem by Dorsey Baker

Without Its Warmth The Body Is Cold

When we are alive
our body gives us warmth
when we die
our body turns cold
as a body of people we should spread
that warmth all around
we should never let that warmth
leave us
but appreciate life and the joy
of living!
and let not the body become cold
and lifeless!
like a fire without a flame
it does not burn
and without the fire
the flame cannot give any warmth!
