Y... Just Above The Horizon

Up high,
Up high in the vast sky
I searched for ultimate beauty
Ultimate beauty was what I yearned to see
But then just inches above the horizon
Right in front of my wide open eyes
I found the most amazing
The most picturesque
Of all clouds
Luxurious soft pastels
Of light purple and
Mellow orange
Almost caressing the sea
The clouds to save the day. They do make quite a conversation piece. The hues are always changing, also the motion, shape, and form. And coupled with the sea, they make quite an impression. Beautifully done Hans.

Looking at the sun setting now, I wish I could have been at sea, with the wind blowing through my hair...to feel free just for that capturing moment. What a sight! Beauty is truly in the eyes of the beholder. Marvelous poem!
