Yoga
Yearning and sin are debarred in yoga
Over all it connects souls with God
God gives us peace, bliss, and boon
Aptness comes through yoga, never miss
Yoga too means to physical exercises
On body it has much impact for health
Good health, fresh mind we can obtain
Accustom your children and you too.
Yoga has come from INDIA and liked by all people in globe. This gives us many benefits.
Yoga is both physical as well as a spiritual exercise. It gives peace to the mind and strength to the body! It helps us connect with God and enjoy inner peace! Our sages of the past practised yoga and meditation and earned much wisdom! A beautiful poem on the importance of Yoga!
