You Are My Light Poem by Othuke Azaya

You Are My Light

When I stood and my feet wobbled in the darkness of the night; You soothed my troubled soul and brought me to the light. I thought I would stumble and fall in fright; But I crossed the hurdles because you gave me the might. I neither have to hustle nor put up a fight; Life is like a cradle when you are in sight. Thank you for being my light. (03/09/2012)
