(in answer to George Weideman)
It's as if the blossoms have greater beauty this year
where the apricot, peach and almond does flower
and you, my love, must come here to me
where I do alone experience nature in its loveliness,
where the redbreast constantly does call the rain,
with weavers, sparrows and doves do twittering sing,
you must come, as I stand alone on the porch
while everything brings to each other their love.
It's as if the days pass quickly like the season
where the summer-sun does hang in the cobalt sky,
you must come to be with me in this time,
to catch the love and beauty for moments
when the cobalt blue at twilight becomes so dark,
you must come while God still is pouring out His mercy on us.
