You Rule Poem by Jim Boone

You Rule

You workers who contribute
The most to every success story.
You who supervise and cultivate
The good work ethics.
You who are tired and satisfied
At the end of a work day.

You rule!

You twelve jurors
Who listen to the words
Pray for guidance before
Deciding the outcome,
The verdict.

You rule!

You take-stock tithers
You obedient followers
Who ask for nothing
Demand the facts
Know your right
From your wrong

You rule!

You listener in the silence
After prayer, patience, awareness
You quick-change artist
Keeper of the faith
Envelope pusher
Student and teacher

You rule!
