balding pine trees, paling leaves
broken rainbows pasting the sky
coughing kids early morning, why?
towering smokestacks dotted land
sick fish in lakes and river beds
algae growth choking seashore
you can not be alarm, are you
too busy talking about losing weight
too busy pondering about lost love
too busy admiring your superstars
too busy reading sales, clearance
you won't be busy with hurting lungs
