no sleep
as many
so many
aftashocks
and strong
6 areas in cbd
Christchurch
Borough District
where people
still trapped
await fear what?
which is worst?
screams chill
agony
buried in rubble
bone broken
limbs torn
dust fear chokes
survivors
pinned alive
injury torment
or silence
where staff
make no sound
sandwiches
building
domino layers
slowly precisely
kiwi men
hand pick rubble
without pause delay
through aftashocks
rescue resolute mind set
screams still heard
mind shudder echoes
in ebb silence aftermath
