across countless hearth stones
in lands of dusty servant misery
live untold unheard of Cinderella's
who never met their Prince Charming
never got to go to parties or balls
and in destitute rags live ill millions
who think not of inconceivable parties
their worthless world is consumed
by starvation a bottomless hunger pit
they wonder who will bury wilted bodies
meanwhile rich girls in fab cities
wonder what they want for not?
as daddy girls all dreams fulfilled
but they still want a gazillionaire
they could marry to make life easier
