A Nursery Rhyme (Sort Of) Poem by George Hunter

A Nursery Rhyme (Sort Of)

George the porge
Cookies and creme
Hugged the girls
Until they’d scream
And when the guys
Came out to play,
Georgie chased them
All away.
Said, ‘These are mine
For all the day,
Find your own
If you want to stay.’
So all went well
The livelong day
As we rollicked
And frolicked
In the hay!
