A Self Alone Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

A Self Alone

Getting completely in the midst of rhythms, letting them
take a person far from reality, no longer wanting to give
of self to traitors in disguise.

Now being a self alone, enjoying what spirit and soul are
asking, wanting much more from this earthly life than what
has been given.
