Absolute Truth Poem by Dan Brown

Absolute Truth

Gorgeous and short;
who'd have thought
you'd still be here now.

It goes so fast;
a cannon blast -
without a thought to how.

A glittering jewel
for a wittering fool,
Yet a love to win all wars.

Cliché it seems,
But in all my dreams
I'm forever and only yours.

I liked this very much! It flowed so well. I loved the rhyme scheme you used. Very nice job, :) Just a little question. You meant 'withering' instead of 'wittering', perhaps?
