All Angels Don't Need Wings Poem by Dave Sherratt

All Angels Don't Need Wings

All Angels Don't Need Wings

Good Morning dear leaders
Some words I have to tell
I want to say the words inside
To Sharon and Annabel.
The meetings are so immaculate
The precision and how it's done
Even tho we struggle with Mental Health
You've mixed in the kinda fun
That we need when hitting the floor
The tears that we shed
The anger that has built up inside
And the days we stay in bed
You're two incredible soldiers
That lead us thru this war
Bringing victory to our issues
And leave us wanting more
That's why Tuesday's are so important
Now we know about this shelter
Where do you get your ideas from?
They've always been a belter
Setting goals for us to chase
Listening to what we say
Understanding where we're coming from
Giving us hope for future days
You're like our 2 best mates
The sort that we chat with
Without being judged and punished
You guys really are the biz
Thank you for your gift,
It means so much to we! !
When we look more into it,
the love is clear to see
It's sort of winning the lottery
Mega words and feeling minted
Thank you both, you're amazing
And thanks for giving us !
