Allow not take over

when negativity takes over
and loses the shelter of positivity
many things go up and down
the consequences remain known

thoughts creep in mind
and find
the safe refuge
to refuse any good ideas

things look bitter
nothing can be made look better
you have to search inside and break cover
and decide how to tackle it here

think nothing else
and feel tense
lose no confidence
and seize the opportunity at once

the mind will calm down
the negativity shall stand flown
you shall be back to normal
the mind shall rest and settle down

keep thoughts moving
give no credence for proving
negativity over positivity
the mind will soon seize with an activity
