An Autobiography of a Poet

I wonder how I started it
I thought often
But could never express
One day......
Something entered my heart
Blending feelings with emotion
Merging reality with dreams
Created a poet in me
I wrote what I felt
I conveyed what I wished
Sometimes struggled with words
But finally emerged
As a communicator
With informal message
In a formal style
People knew me
They loved me
And gave respect
To my reflection
I am satisfied
For what I have achieved
The ray of hope
The way to the world
Full of imagination
Devoid of depression
Proceeding towards a goal
I am determined
Not to withdraw
From here
This is a beginning
Of my journey
Lasting for infinite.....

poetry outbursts when you romance with the soul.... it is the art of communication with yourself..... you donot have to learn... it sprouts from within.. Thank you for sharing your romantic thoughts. (Report) Reply

Communication is the art of the poet through which he reaches not only the minds of others, but also of himself.
Your poetry is from the heart and is something special

    Sincerely

“The writer is that immortal eye
Who frames the fearful symmetry of this crooked world.”

Your APOLOGIA is of self justification and self determination.
Confessions are like sculpturing the truth and goodness; your record reveals true feelings, emotions leading to sublime imaginations…
It is a philosophical investigation of the consciousness of the artist…a writer…
I need not praise you..as your lines have already done…. (Report) Reply
