Mr. Earley, it seems I am late to the party but love the sound of your poetic voice here.

Mr. Earley, I was laughing so hard - I nearly fell of my chair. So, eloquent in so few words. It reminded me of a friend who is a 'player'. This is so appropriate for him. I had to send it as an e card, though I wish him well and that it should be his epitaph when he's a 109. PS: thank you for reading some of my work. I have new ones, please feel free to read them at your convenience. Respects.... (Report) Reply

Poem of the Day

poet Robert Frost

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
