An Unbearable Touch Of Pain Poem by Dannielle Smedley

An Unbearable Touch Of Pain

Rating: 4.8

Her mind is like a hurricane,
Her heart is broken glass,
It will never be the same.
With a sore inside the soul,
All her secrets begin to unfold.
The darkness torments her,
Things will never be how they were.
She feels so weak,
She can barely speak.
Her body is a cabinet,
Of great grief,
And a lot of sadness.
All she ever sees,
Is darkness,
No birds, no people,
No trees.
Her ego had corrupted,
Her entire life
Was destructed.

Thank you @Khairul, The reason as to why she is in so much pain and grief is because the depression is eating her alive, although it isn't mentioned, there's just basically a dark story behind it all; why she's in this much pain wasn't added. I hope that makes sense. Thank you, once again :)

She is great pains, understood, but why? The poem describes her pain well enough, to evoke readers' sympathy. Well written.
