Arise o sleeper
wake up to the morning song-
the sweet melodies of the birds
the cloud so bright and clear
the rising sun majestic in its radiance.
Lo! 'tis the maker's gift before you
tarry not longer on your bed
there are hungry souls, there are waiting souls.
Up! reach out to them
'tis labour time,
harvest for God's kingdom.
Arise o sleeper
tarry not longer on your bed.
fantastic piece. so much tiem is wasting in sleep..
sweet melodies of the birds... it's fantastic! very nice poem
An enjoyable piece; another day presents more opportunities for the Kingdom; let us rest when we're dead; nicely done. -Joe
'hungry souls' - excellent. Similarly, entire poem. You can say what you want - into the concise way, delivering the needed information simultaneously, for understanding the poem. Very much I like such writing. (10 v.) Greetings. Maria Barbara Korynt
It is evident throughout that 'the bad sets with the sun and good rises with the sun' nicely done, i love it!

awakening piece....great thoughts shared to us... great words are striking... we have to arise and open our eyes to work towards helping each other's not to be deaf with the cries of other's soul... starts with our soul to help other's soul... 10+++
