Biological Clock Poem by Terence George Craddock (Spectral Images and Images Of Light)

Biological Clock

Rating: 5.0

your worried
like a black draped veil
mourning unnaturally
when time is your friend

your worried
about your
biological clock
tick tick ticking over

fearing the rhythm natural
relax modern study cycles
take a little more focus time
have faith in chosen career

think you spent years studying
focused dedicated study
to become a skilled doctor
gaining judgment proficient experience

you need to socialize
date a little more slowly
be sure you know exactly
what you want do not want

you are such a good
catch doctor Lucky
these friendly dates
guys also have friends

who also have friends
all you need do
is patiently wait a little
he is also looking

looking searching for you
somewhere in these circles
of friends meeting friends
take a little time to prepare

‘your worried /like a black draped veil /mourning unnaturally /when time is your friend…’ Wise! Indeed! ! Excellent expression indeed time is a friend…if one thinks like that But a foe when we’re locked in ‘mourning unnaturally ’ 10++ Ms. Nivedita UK
