Bones Poem by Robert Eckstein

Bones

Cold rain will rinse my abandoned bones
And hot sun bleach them white.
Flesh gone, my sins will not be visible,
But many hurts and injuries will show.
Ill-mended breaks,
And angles nor quite right.
